The front of this dress is adorned with a stunning glitter panel, embellished with pearls and a stunning rhinestone snowflake.

Blue satin puff sleeves.

4 layers of quality polyester tulle is used to create the skirt with a top layer of sequin sparkle laser tulle.

The stunning overlay skirt is created with sections of silver snowflakes voile over beautiful blue satin. Finished with more rhinestone snowflake embellishments.

PLEASE NOTE: This design does have some weight to it, due to all the fabric used to create such a wonderful look.

This tutu is designed at ankle length so if you could provide me with the measurement from waistline to ankle, I can make the dress accordingly.
